Yes, you can submit your CV and express interest. However, a valid passport is required before any deployment can happen, so we strongly recommend starting the passport application process as soon as possible. The earlier you start, the faster you can be placed when a suitable position is available.
This varies depending on the role, the employer and how quickly you can complete required documentation. From initial application to departure, the process can take anywhere from 4 weeks to 4 months. The key factors are: whether you are shortlisted quickly, how fast the employer moves, and how quickly you complete your documentation.
You can state your preference and we will try to match you to available vacancies in that country. However, opportunities depend on current demand from employers, so flexibility improves your chances of placement.
For the initial application: a copy of your national ID and your CV. If you have a passport, include a copy of it too.
For deployment, you will typically need: valid passport, police clearance certificate, medical fitness certificate, passport photos, national ID, and any role-specific certificates. MiSha guides you through this.
Medical examinations are typically done at an accredited medical centre. The cost arrangement varies by employer — some employers cover this cost, others require the candidate to pay and reimburse upon arrival. MiSha will clarify this for each specific vacancy before you commit.
The visa is processed and paid for by the employer. You should not be asked to pay for a work visa. If you are asked to pay for a visa, contact MiSha immediately.
Salaries shown on our website are typical ranges for each role based on current market rates. The exact salary for any specific vacancy is stated in the official offer letter from the employer. Always confirm salary details before signing anything.
For most Gulf placements, the employer provides shared accommodation. This is specified in each job listing. If accommodation is not provided, an allowance is typically included in the salary.
Most Gulf employers provide a return air ticket at the start and end of the contract. The specific arrangement is stated in each job listing and in the offer letter. Some employers also provide annual return tickets. Confirm this before signing your contract.
Our team reviews your application within 3–5 business days. If you are suitable for a current vacancy, we will contact you for an initial assessment. If there's no current vacancy that matches, we keep your CV on file and contact you when something suitable comes up.
