Employers engaging MiSha's services agree to: provide accurate and lawful job descriptions; comply with all relevant employment laws; deal directly through MiSha's official communication channels; and not engage MiSha candidates outside of an agreed arrangement.
Fees applicable to candidates vary depending on the position, destination country, and services required. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated to you before you are required to proceed. MiSha is committed to full transparency regarding any fees.
All candidate payments must be made only through official MiSha payment channels as communicated directly by our team. Do not make payments to individuals or unofficial accounts. Contact us immediately if you are uncertain about any payment request.
Employer service fees are agreed upon separately in a written service agreement between MiSha and the employer.
In the course of recruitment, MiSha may engage approved third-party service providers such as medical examination centres, document attestation agents, and translation services. Any fees charged by third parties are separate from MiSha's services and are the responsibility of the relevant party as agreed.
MiSha does not and cannot guarantee employment for any candidate. Submission of an application, completion of the process, or any other engagement with MiSha does not constitute or imply a guarantee of employment.
MiSha does not and cannot guarantee the approval of any visa or work permit. Visa approval is entirely subject to the policies and decisions of relevant government immigration authorities.
