Security Guard
About This Role
MiSha International is currently recruiting Security Guards for deployment with reputable employers in the United Arab Emirates. This is a structured employment opportunity with a formal 2-year contract, managed through an approved employer in the UAE.
Successful candidates will undergo MiSha's screening process before being presented to the employer. All deployment documentation, visa processing and pre-departure preparation is coordinated by MiSha.
Key Responsibilities
- Control access to assigned premises and monitor who enters and exits
- Patrol assigned areas at regular intervals
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems where applicable
- Respond to incidents calmly and according to employer protocols
- Complete incident reports accurately
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times
- Liaise with supervisor and emergency services as required
Requirements
- Age 21–40 years
- Male candidates (as specified by employer)
- Previous security experience is preferred but not mandatory for all positions
- Physical fitness and smart appearance
- Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
- Basic English communication (ability to understand instructions)
- Valid Kenyan passport or ability to obtain one
- Clean police clearance certificate
- Good health — medical fitness may be required
Package & Benefits
- Basic salary: AED 1,500–1,800 per month
- Accommodation provided by employer (shared)
- Meals or meal allowance provided
- Return air ticket (start and end of contract)
- Medical insurance as per UAE labour law
- Annual leave as per UAE labour law
- Contract duration: 2 years (renewable)

- Police clearance certificate (to be obtained before departure)
- Medical certificate (to be arranged after selection)
